AVR Global Technologies, Inc. (AVRGT) is an established OEM/CM of custom molded cables, wire harnesses, and electronic assemblies. AVRGT offices / Manufacturing  (and our manufacturing facilities in Campinas, SP Brazil, San Marcos, California, and Shenzhen, China, and Campinas SP Brazil) are ISO9001 QMS certified.   We are focused in rapid Low-High Volume Engineering and Manufacturing, from concept to production.  Customer production deliveries are deployed in 4-6 weeks on average.   AVRGT has over 200 engineering-production employees and staff. 


In the past 10 years, AVRGT’s Engineering team has developed over 20,000 new product designs, while our production team manufacturers over 2.5 million custom cables annually. Over 800,000 of the products are deployed in the North American markets. 








Our engineering team uses the latest in CAD and 3D modeling software to assist our clients in the design of products.  Product Designs then undergo extensive testing to ensure products will meet application requirements and standards (Ingress Protection, electrical short, durability/pull, etc.) As a testament to our high-quality materials & acquired production skills, AVRGT has had ZERO Product Failures since we began operations. 


Originally established in 2013, AVRGT expanded operations with a ownership agreement with our 20,000 sq. ft. Shenzhen Manufacturing plant.   In 2019, AVRGT changed to a California Corporation.   Recently in 2023, AVRGT purchased a 10,000 sq. ft, 20-employee PCB manufacturing plant in Campinas, SP Brazil.  Our new Brazilian plant includes over 15 years of OEM/CM PCB manufacturing experience that will serve both the local Brazil market as well as global OEM/CM customers.  The Campinas operations will expand with injection molding, 3D print-farm, and other electronic assembly tooling/equipment.

    Yes -  AVRGT produces thousands of Custom Molds, with inner and outer molds,  strain reliefs, boxes and enclosers, tools, bags and more.

  • Does AVRGT have CAD Design services?

    Yes -  AVRGT offers CAD engineering and drawings free of charge to OEM customer projects.

  • Does AVRGT offer samples free of charge?

    Yes - Sample cables and some Electronic assemblies are supplied to Customers free of charge.   Some custom designs may have NRE costs.  (NRE = non-recurring engineering)

  • Is AVRGT ISO9001 QC/QMS Certified?

    Yes -  AVRGT maintains certification for ISO9001:2015 Quality Managment System / QC Control systems - and IPC Membership.

  • Does AVRGT have MOQ requirements (Minimum order quantity)?

    AVRGT accepts any size project.  Typically our MOQ is qty 50.   We typically produce orders between qty 5,000 to 10,000 per design.  AVRGT produces over 10,000 various custom designs on a monthly basis for OEM customers.
